Blueprint Counselling
for women navigating the in-between
Depth psychology, somatic healing, & embodied integration
Supporting you in recalibrating your nervous system and activating your most authentic self.
Walk the spiral of your life and uncover what awaits.
You've been living out of alignment for longer than you can ignore. Something in you is tired — not just physically, but at a deeper level. Here, we move toward what's underneath.
About
This work isn't about becoming someone else. It's about remembering who you already are.
There was a time when I knew what it felt like to be out of alignment — to sense that something wasn't quite right, but not have the words or the path to return to myself.
My own work has taken me through many different spaces — with therapists, psychologists, somatic practitioners, astrologers, and teachers working with both the body and the mind. Each offered something meaningful. Over time, I began to understand not just how complex we are as humans, but how deeply personal the path back to ourselves really is.
That's what shapes how I work now. When we sit together, I'm not here with an agenda or a fixed idea of where you should go. We are two people, each with our own lived experience — and mine exists only to deepen the way I can meet you in yours.
I walk alongside you as you begin to uncover what feels true, what feels misaligned, and what's ready to shift.

What to Expect
The work unfolds
at your pace.
01
Discovery call
A brief call so you can get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit. No pressure, no commitment.
02
First session
We'll move through an intake — your history, your current experience, and what's bringing you here. We simply start where you are.
03
Ongoing work
Many clients begin weekly or biweekly for the first three months, then adjust. Structure serves the work — the work remains responsive to you.
FAQs
Things people
usually want to know.
-
We'll begin with an intake conversation — a space to understand your history, what's currently present for you, and what's bringing you in. There's no pressure to have everything figured out. We simply start where you are.
-
Not at all. Astrology is one of many tools I draw from, and it's always guided by your interest. Some clients engage with it deeply, while others prefer not to use it at all.
-
Many clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions for the first three months. From there, we adjust based on your needs, your capacity, and what feels most supportive.
-
That's what the discovery call is for. It gives you a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether it feels like a good fit before committing.
-
While conversation is part of the process, our work also includes the body, symbolism, and deeper patterns that may not be immediately conscious. It's less about fixing something, and more about uncovering and understanding what's already present within you.

I gratefully acknowledge that I live and work on the unceded traditional territory of the Syilx Okanagan Nation. I recognise their enduring connection to this land, and the responsibility that comes with living and working here. This acknowledgement is one small part of an ongoing commitment to listening, learning, and engaging with respect.
